Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ad Threads ("Ad Threads", "we", "us"), including adthreads.co and any related apps or services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the security of your account and everything that happens under it. Display names and usernames must be unique and may not impersonate another person or brand.

3. Content

  • You keep ownership of anything you post. By posting, you grant Ad Threads a license to host, display, and distribute it as part of the Service.
  • You're solely responsible for your posts, comments, and messages. Don't post anything illegal, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or spammy.
  • The feed is limited to one post per user per day; boosts and other posting mechanics may change over time.
  • We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion, without notice.
  • You can block other users. Blocking hides posts, comments, and messages between you and that user in both directions.

4. Ad Threads Paid

Ad Threads Paid is an optional subscription billed through Stripe in GBP — £30/month or £300/year. It includes a verified badge, daily boosts, a sidebar text ad, and access to direct messages (when the person you're messaging is also subscribed). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings — cancelling stops future billing, and your paid features remain active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds: payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@adthreads.co and we'll look into it.

5. Affiliate program

Ad Threads Paid subscribers can share a personal referral link. When someone you referred (directly or through your downline, up to 5 levels) is a paying subscriber, you may earn a commission on their subscription payment for as long as both of you remain active paid subscribers. Commissions are compensation for referring genuine, paying customers of a real product — they are not payment for recruiting participants, and there is no requirement or incentive to recruit anyone.

  • Commission accrues per paid renewal at the rate shown in your affiliate dashboard: £5/£4/£3/£2/£1 for levels 1-5 on the monthly plan, £50/£40/£30/£20/£10 on the yearly plan.
  • Accrued commissions become eligible for withdrawal 30 days after they accrue.
  • Payouts are made manually in Litecoin (LTC) to an address you provide, at your request, once eligible.
  • We may withhold or reverse commissions obtained through fraud, fake accounts, or abuse of the referral system.
  • Participation is optional and earnings are not guaranteed — most users will earn little or nothing.
  • We may modify or discontinue the affiliate program at any time; accrued, unpaid commissions will still be honored.

6. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the Service, scrape it at scale, bypass rate or posting limits, create multiple accounts to manipulate boosts, likes, or the affiliate program, or use the Service for unsolicited advertising outside the normal posting flow.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (content licenses already granted, accrued-but-unpaid affiliate obligations, limitation of liability) will survive.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ad Threads is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or affiliate earnings.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
